will talk about EMDR, a groundbreaking
psychotherapy that helps people process and recover from traumatic experiences by
harnessing the brain's natural ability to heal. Afterwards, she will demonstrate the technique
(thanks to our volunteer, Daniela Bini!). Light snacks and drinks will be served.
