On March 8th 2025 the Salon gathering brought together many curious folks seeking to learn more about a very important topic on Woman's right to vote in Texas. All guests where asked to watch prior the the gathering, the documentary "Citizens at Last - Texas Woman Fight for the vote" by local Austin Filmmaker Nancy Schiesari.

This amazing project that includes not only a feature length documentary but also short documentaries on many of the principle characters. In addition there are short documentaries on the historians who are featured in the feature length documentary.
